Morals, Ethics, Accountability and Transparency are the core fundamentals that Compassion Center operates on, and the OAT is tasked with analysis and evaluation, and implementing corrective actions in tandem with Compassion Center’s Compliance Committee.
The Office of Accountability & Transparency (OAT) at Compassion Center is integral to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and transparency across all levels of our organization. As an extension of the Office of the Board Secretary, OAT works in close collaboration with the Compliance Committee to ensure that all of our operations are conducted with transparency, accountability, and adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
The mission of the OAT is to uphold the principles of accountability and transparency in every aspect of Compassion Center’s work. We are committed to ensuring that all organizational activities, decisions, and practices are conducted with the utmost integrity, and in a manner that is open, honest, and accessible to our stakeholders.
