At Compassion Center, our mission goes beyond providing care; it’s about creating measurable, positive impacts on the lives of our patients and the communities we serve.
Every year, Compassion Center sees roughly 15,000 patients, each of whom benefits from our comprehensive, integrative healthcare services designed to enhance well-being while reducing healthcare costs.
On average, we save upwards of $1,300 per patient per year in uncompensated care costs, not counting the cost of managing chronic or categorically complex diseases.
This significant savings not only benefits our patients directly but also benefits to the broader healthcare system by reducing the financial strain on emergency services and hospitals.
Compassion Center is committed to offering affordable, high-quality care that empowers individuals to take charge of their health, resulting in fewer hospital visits and lower overall healthcare costs.
Compassion Center is also playing a critical role in the fight against the opioid epidemic. By focusing on alternative pain management strategies and reducing unnecessary prescriptions, we have successfully diverted well over 150,000 opioid pills per year—by not prescribing at least 10 pills per patient annually.
This proactive approach to opioid reduction is part of our broader commitment to promoting safer, non-opioid alternatives for pain management, which has a lasting positive impact on our patients and the many communities that we serve.
Our approach integrates physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, ensuring that each patient receives care tailored to their unique needs. Whether it’s through our specialized support groups, educational programs, or integrative therapies, Compassion Center is dedicated to fostering long-term health and wellness in a compassionate, supportive environment.
By aligning our efforts with the needs of our community, Compassion Center is not just improving individual lives but also contributing to the greater good. We’re proud of the tangible differences we make every day and are committed to continuing this impactful work for years to come.
