Our Leadership & Governance

 

Introduction:

At Compassion Center, our leadership is dedicated to ensuring that our mission, vision, and values are upheld at every level of our organization. Our governance structure is designed to promote transparency, accountability, and excellence in all areas of operation. We are building a model that integrates the best practices from Battelle, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and Kaiser Permanente, with a goal of transforming healthcare on a global scale.

The Board of Trustees is our highest governing body, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure we stay true to our mission. The Board of Trustees is a three-member group consisting of:

Governing Oversight and Steering Committees

Fiduciary & Finance Committee

The Fiduciary & Finance Committee is responsible for managing the financial health of Compassion Center. This committee oversees budgets, financial risk management, and contractual agreements, ensuring we maintain fiscal responsibility and sustainability.

Administrative Committee
